Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Guest Policy: To ensure a focused and professional environment, no extra guests or children are allowed during your appointment. This policy is strictly enforced, with no exceptions. Failure to adhere to this will result in the cancellation of your service, and the remaining balance will still be charged. Late Arrival Policy: If you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled to avoid disrupting other clients, and the full service rate will still apply. If your service can still be accommodated, a $15 late fee will be added. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-Show and Same-Day Cancellations: If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel on the same day, you will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
